Primary Ambassadors

Primary Ambassadors are role models within our school who are keen to promote our school core values: respect, resilience/perseverance, honesty, kindness, tolerance and reflectiveness.

They have been selected because they really care about the well-being of the children in our school, treating others how they want to be treated and believe listening to one another is extremely important in moving the school forward.

In order to become a Primary Ambassador, the children go through a rigorous process (including letters of application and an interview). They must show they have the skills to be an effective Ambassador.

Primary Ambassadors work with the staff and the children across the school supporting, helping and leading others. They take on specific roles across each term.

It is a really achievement to be chosen to represent the school as an Ambassador and we feel that this role helps children show their leadership qualities.

Here are some quotes from our new Ambassadors:

“ I am will be excited to see how much I can learn from others whilst being a good role model to everyone in the school.” Nirvana, Iroko

", I will try my best to act like a true professional; smart and mature. Don’t just take my word for it. Let me prove it to you.” Bayan, Acacia

“I used to be very talkative in class, but since 2016, I feel like I have come a long way and have realized the importance of listening in class and getting involved in a positive way.” Dawood, Acacia

“As an Ambassador, I will certainly listen carefully to instructions given to me by adults around the school as well as any concerns children may have. Whether they are anxious, sad or for any other reason, I will be sure to help them.” Zuha, Iroko

“There are many words I could use to describe myself, but for this role especially, I could describe myself in three ways: being loyal, easy to trust and someone who perseveres.” Violet, Aspen

“I would love to help out around the school and have younger children looking up to me and thinking of me as a role model and a great helper.” Lyla, Acacia

“I feel I am the right person to be a Primary Ambassador because I will encourage the students in this school use the core values such as respect and tolerance.” Hanarcha, Aspen

“I would like to be considered for the Primary Ambassador job because this school has shown me a lot of kindness over the year. I therefore want to give back to the school and the children in the school the same kindness they have given me. In my opinion, helping others makes you happy and the person you are helping happy.” Zahra, Aspen
